If you’ve been waiting for a reason to get off the couch—Austin just gave you 40+.
This week’s concert lineup is an all-you-can-hear buffet, stacked with pop icons, metal monsters, indie darlings, dance floor fillers, and enough genre-hopping weirdness to keep your group chats arguing for days. There’s no theme. There’s no chill. Just nonstop live music, every single night, at every corner of the city.
Katy Perry kicks off the week with a full-blown arena spectacle at Moody Center, while Shane Smith & The Saints and BabyJake give Tuesday some Texas heart and genre-bending soul. Indie rock? We got The Unlikely Candidates and Beach Vacation playing small rooms and keeping things intimate.

On Wednesday, the energy splits in every direction: Hippo Campus headlines ACL Live with their signature indie shimmer, Jack Van Cleaf brings Americana warmth to 3Ten, and Deafheaven lets loose a wall of sound over at Emo’s. Want something vibey and local? Catch The Watters at Antone’s or Eliza & The Delusionals making their Austin debut at 29th St.

Thursday might be the most chaotic good of the bunch. Tiesto turns Concourse Project into a warehouse rave, GWAR hits Radio/East with blood, guts, and power chords, and Testament takes over Empire with thrash metal fury. Punk and shoegaze heads can find their home with The Menzingers, zzzahara, and Alison’s Halo scattered around town.
By Friday, it’s officially too many good options: Ryan Adams and Allison Russell lead the singer-songwriter charge, but EDM fans can find their haven with Patrick Topping, Latin party lovers can vibe with Frente Cumbiero, and those just looking for something fun can choose between The Spits, Alyssa Edwards, a One Direction Dance Party, or all of the above. (We’re not judging.)

And just when you think you’ve made it through the week, Saturday laughs in your face:
Key Glock brings Southern heat to Moody Center. Darude drops the most iconic trance banger of all time. Ryan Bingham returns for a big Texas homecoming at Whitewater. Meanwhile, Horsegirl, The Wrecks, White Denim, Harms Way & Full of Hell, Metalachi, Driver Friendly, and Los Texmaniacs round things out with everything from alt-rock and punk to metal mariachi and Tejano roots.

It’s one of those weeks where you wish you could clone yourself.
Whether you’re chasing headliners or hunting for hidden gems, there’s no wrong answer—only shows you’ll regret missing. So throw on some boots, sneakers, stilettos, whatever fits your scene, and get out there.
